What you will do

• Own the Poly & UC product portfolio strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Drive vendor relationships, quarterly business reviews, and joint business planning.
• Build and scale a strong UC channel ecosystem including resellers, AV integrators, and service providers.
• Execute GTM strategies, including marketing campaigns, roadshows, and product launches.
• Manage revenue forecasting, inventory planning, and quarterly sell-through targets.
• Coordinate SKU creation, pricing updates, and promotional activities with logistics and finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in IT distribution, UC, AV, or product management.
• Strong knowledge of Unified Communications (UC) ecosystems.
• Proven experience in regional channel management and vendor negotiation.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
