Lead Product Manager

Location: Hybrid role based mainly in Germany, preferably at the Berlin HQ; the team often meets in the office.

Salary: €90,000–€110,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and maintain short- and mid-term product roadmaps for the marketplace platform.
• Own strategic projects end-to-end, from business needs and user stories through user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to run an adaptive Scrum process and deliver features on time.
• Monitor usage, adoption, quality SLAs, and other product metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare detailed use cases and align technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Create user documentation and improve the integration experience for internal and external users.

Requirements

• Senior or Lead Product Manager experience with high-load systems or complex B2B products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate metrics, user behaviour, and customer needs into business value, product requirements, and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams to launch product features.
• Strong Scrum and Agile product management skills, including iterative development and prioritization.
