What you will do

• Define and maintain short and mid-term product roadmaps to evolve the platform into a world-class marketplace.
• Take end-to-end ownership of strategic projects from business requirements to UAT.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to manage an adaptive Scrum process.
• Monitor key metrics like usage, adoption, and quality SLAs to drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare detailed use cases and align technical solutions with critical business objectives.
• Create clear user documentation to improve system usability for internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany or willing to relocate to Berlin.
• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Manager in high-load systems or complex B2B products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to translate user behavior and metrics into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and iterative development.
