What you will do

• Lead high-stakes Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes to identify and mitigate fraud risks.
• Ensure backlog-free continuous reviews to maintain regulatory compliance and reduce user wait times.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards in risk-based decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement AI-driven, data-backed improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, audit, and compliance teams.
• Foster team resilience and efficiency under tight stakes and timelines.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of AML regulations, KYC protocols, and sanctions.
• Proven ability to manage complex personal and corporate profiles, including UBOs and crypto entities.
• Engineering mindset with experience leveraging AI and data for workflow optimization.
• Experience managing high-performing teams in high-stakes environments.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia.
