What you will do

  • Liaise with key customers to manage and discuss the status of receivables.
  • Act as a conduit between sales, billing, customer service, and finance to resolve non-payment issues.
  • Support the development of automated systems to streamline order-to-cash functions.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on collection activity and debtor status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to balance customer retention with positive cash flow.

Requirements

  • Qualified or studying Credit Manager (MCICM or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience or a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Prior experience in order-to-cash processes.
  • Must be based in Dublin or Amsterdam.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deadline-driven with a focus on risk management and collection efficiency.

  • Experience working within the telecommunications industry.
