What you will do

• Lead UX writing initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment with product strategy and user engagement.
• Design and maintain writing standards, style guides, and reusable content templates within the evolving design system.
• Build and manage AI-powered tools and workflows to multiply the product organization's capacity and output quality.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, and engineers to create cohesive, inclusive, and accessible user experiences.
• Drive localization strategies and advocate for patterns that reduce friction in multilingual workflows.
• Utilize user research, A/B testing, and performance analytics to refine UX copy and optimize interactions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a UX Writer with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience building and maintaining AI-powered systems (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for team-wide content design workflows.
• Experience with localization workflows, translation management systems, or L10n engineering collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to use empathy, logic, and data to inform design choices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present research to executive leadership.
