What you will do
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to strategically develop designs for unique product features.
- Create information architecture diagrams, storyboards, and user journeys using an iterative approach.
- Combine usability testing and telemetry to refine the overall user experience and validate solutions.
- Design and develop high-to-low fidelity wireframes and functional prototypes.
- Partner with product and development teams to balance user needs with technical and business constraints.
- Present and defend design decisions to peers and executive stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative data.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience building enterprise products.
- Proven track record of solving complex design problems and validating design work.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse software designs and the underlying thought process.
- Expertise in Sketch, Balsamiq, Invision, or comparable wire-framing and prototyping tools.
- Experience with mobile and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of accessibility requirements.
