Salary: €128,000 — €176,000 EUR

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate outbound SaaS master subscription agreements, NDAs, and SOWs for large strategic accounts.
• Provide primary legal support for sales and professional services in the UK, Ireland, and Benelux.
• Manage legal transactions for customers in highly regulated industries, including global banking and healthcare.
• Collaborate with revenue recognition, deal desk, and privacy/security teams to ensure policy consistency.
• Advise senior leadership on legal risks and recommend strategic courses of action.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal templates, playbooks, and commercial transaction processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of transactional legal experience negotiating enterprise-level technology and SaaS agreements.
• 4+ years of in-house experience within a large technology vendor.
• Significant experience supporting sales teams for strategic accounts across Europe.
• Current ability to practice law in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or another EU country.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, revenue recognition principles, and data privacy frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing complex deals in a fast-paced, fiscal quarter-focused environment.
