Senior Corporate Counsel (SaaS): Advising and supporting sales and professional services organizations in UK, Ireland, and Benelux with an accent on structuring complex deals and negotiating SaaS agreements. Location: Dublin, Ireland. Must have the ability to practice law in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or another EU country.
Salary: €128,000 — €176,000 EUR

What you will do
- Draft and negotiate outbound SaaS master subscription agreements, NDAs, and SOWs for large strategic accounts.
- Provide primary legal support for sales and professional services in the UK, Ireland, and Benelux.
- Manage legal transactions for customers in highly regulated industries, including global banking and healthcare.
- Collaborate with revenue recognition, deal desk, and privacy/security teams to ensure policy consistency.
- Advise senior leadership on legal risks and recommend strategic courses of action.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal templates, playbooks, and commercial transaction processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of transactional legal experience negotiating enterprise-level technology and SaaS agreements.
- 4+ years of in-house experience within a large technology vendor.
- Significant experience supporting sales teams for strategic accounts across Europe.
- Current ability to practice law in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or another EU country.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, revenue recognition principles, and data privacy frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing complex deals in a fast-paced, fiscal quarter-focused environment.
