What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for scalable CMS applications, establishing performance foundations.
• Drive frontend infrastructure optimization and improve Core Web Vitals across multiple products.
• Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with remote product management teams to deliver customer-facing web applications.
• Communicate technical concepts and progress effectively to product owners and non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize development processes and workflows to enhance productivity within an AI-driven environment.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js with App Router.
• Extensive experience with internationalization (i18n) lifecycle and translation systems like Crowdin.
• Proficiency with monorepo tools such as NX or Turborepo.
• Proven track record with SEO optimizations and PageSpeed improvements (CLS, INP, etc.).
• Strong UI/UX skills with Figma for building responsive, consumer-facing web applications.
• Must be based in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania.
