Most Senior Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js/TypeScript)

What you will do

• Own the frontend architecture, conventions, quality standards, and production behavior of a multi-brand consumer platform.
• Design brand-aware theming, routing, content, and boundaries between shared and brand-specific code.
• Build and maintain the design system and component library used by engineers, designers, and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Turn product prototypes into production-ready features and create repeatable workflows and tooling.
• Use AI coding agents daily while establishing checks that preserve quality and guide effective usage.
• Ship consumer-facing interfaces with strong attention to performance, accessibility, UX, and product detail.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building production consumer-facing web applications, including several years at Staff or equivalent ownership level.
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and modern TypeScript, including rendering strategy decisions.
• Hands-on experience with multi-brand, multi-tenant, or white-label frontend architecture.
• Experience building or owning a design system, including adoption, governance, consistency, and flexibility.
• Production experience improving Core Web Vitals, with strong UI, UX, accessibility, and performance sensibility.
• Strong written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time, high-interaction consumer interfaces.
• Background in fintech, crypto, real-time gaming, entertainment platforms, or other high-traffic consumer products.
• Experience improving AI-agent tooling within a specific codebase or design system.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and cloud environments.
