What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics delivery across campaigns, channels, and brand initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Design and evaluate test & control experiments, including A/B tests and matched market tests, to measure business impact.
• Manage and mentor offshore analysts and data science resources to ensure high data accuracy and QC standards.
• Partner with campaign operations, media, and strategy teams to ensure data alignment and measurement clarity.
• Contribute to the development of analytics playbooks, insight frameworks, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial analytics, marketing analytics, or consulting.
• Strong analytical foundation with SQL (required); Python or R is preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or healthcare analytics strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in designing and interpreting A/B tests and incrementality studies.
• Strong structured thinking and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore teams.
