What you will do

• Build and maintain end-to-end color standards and chirify.globalduct risk assessments hirify.global new materials and color palettes.
• Lead the hirify.globalboarding and training of T1 & T2 suppliers regarding color approval processes.
• Manage 1st lot approvals for fabric and trim submissihirify.globals to ensure productihirify.global intent is met.
• Track and hand over approved lab dips and 1st lots to suppliers to maintain bulk productihirify.global chirify.globaltrol.
• Evaluate supplier performance based hirify.global color KPIs and develop strategic improvement roadmaps.
• Implement and manage a Self-Approval color program to streamline productihirify.global timelines.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in color management within the textile or apparel industry.
• Deep technical expertise in textile dyeing processes and the use of DataColor spectrophotometers.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, PLM, and data visualizatihirify.global tools.
