What you will do

• Participate in NPI from product design review to Tooling DFM finalization.
• Conduct tooling design reviews with mechanical engineers and suppliers to ensure MP stability.
• Optimize tooling structures, including layout, hot-runner design, and material selection.
• Lead new tooling development, qualification, and MP sustaining troubleshooting.
• Support production lines on abnormal issues and perform routine audits for mechanical parts suppliers.

Requirements

• Background: Mechanical, Tooling design, or Tooling engineering.
• Experience: Over 5 years in tooling engineering and design, specifically with metal parts (die-casting, punching, CNC, etc.).
• Skills: Proficiency in FMEA, DOE, TA, SA, and project management.
• Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English (reading, writing, and spoken).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
