What you will do

• Oversee technical management of Vietnam CM factories, including production process supervision and technical problem resolution.
• Conduct regular testing and process audits to ensure equipment accuracy and preventive maintenance.
• Lead quality crisis analysis and perform root cause investigations for product functional failures.
• Drive continuous improvement in yield, testing automation, and digitalization across manufacturing sites.
• Support the transfer of production line equipment and fixtures to Vietnam and train local engineering teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth new product introduction to mass production.

Requirements

• Must be based in Haiphong, Vietnam, with ability to travel within the country.
• English: C1 proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Chinese: Ability to communicate in Chinese is required (reading and writing preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of technical experience in electronic manufacturing with 2-3 years in management.
• Proven expertise in test equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting (power supplies, spectrum analyzers, multimeters).
• Experience in SMT or assembly process maintenance and supplier management.
