What you will do

• Lead UX strategy and execution for Salesforce-based case management modules.
• Design scalable multi-tenant workflows and translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive Lightning experiences.
• Develop and execute research plans, including usability testing with federal staff and stakeholders.
• Create end-to-end service blueprints, workflow diagrams, and interaction patterns for API-driven systems.
• Ensure designs meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with Agile Leads, Technical Leads, and engineers to deliver high-performing user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, including 3+ years designing Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, role-based access, and automation tools like Flow.
• Expertise in accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA) and Figma.
• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance and PIV credentials.
• Experience designing for regulatory or compliance-heavy enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT Management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience designing systems hosted on cloud.gov.
• Background in integrating Salesforce with microservices, policy engines, or AI/NLP components.
• Familiarity with federal environmental review processes or geospatial UX patterns.
• Salesforce certifications such as UX Designer or Platform App Builder.
