What you will do

• Shape platform features aligned with user needs and business objectives.
• Lead the design process from opportunity identification to high-fidelity UI solutions.

• Maintain and evolve a consistent, scalable design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Must be based in New York (Hybrid).
• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS platforms and data-rich enterprise dashboards.
• Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar industry-standard tools.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work iteratively in an agile engineering environment.
