What you will do

• Configure and optimize customer accounts to ensure high-quality AI performance.
• Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to meet specific customer goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, delivering performance reviews and actionable insights to clients.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Partner with product and account teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Create educational resources, case studies, and best practices to support customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, data-focused role or SaaS analytical environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Background in SEO, including keyword strategy and organic growth analysis.
• Experience in digital marketing or campaign performance analysis.
