What you will do

• Develop, analyze, and prepare cost proposals for government and commercial customers.
• Translate RFP requirements, SOWs, and staffing plans into compliant pricing structures.
• Collaborate with business development, finance, and technical teams to validate assumptions.
• Maintain pricing models for FFP, T&M, and IDIQ contract types.
• Support audit requests, fact-finding, and negotiations with government agencies.
• Present pricing delegations and cost estimates to leadership and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 3–7+ years of experience in pricing, estimating, or cost analysis for IT services.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship).
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, lookups, and scenario analysis.
• Understanding of IT labor categories and government contracting regulations.
• Ability to meet tight proposal deadlines with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or ProPricer.
• Familiarity with indirect rate structures (fringe, overhead, G&A).
• Experience supporting IDIQs, GWACs, and task order pricing.
• Knowledge of FAR and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data concepts.
