TL;DR

Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (EdTech): Building and scaling the revenue engine for an AI-driven learning platform with an accent on B2B, B2C, and bid-based channels. Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $2,500 – $4,000 per month (Base Retainer) + performance commission

What you will do

  • Execute the end-to-end revenue strategy for the US market across B2C, B2B, and bid-based channels.
  • Oversee paid acquisition and optimize marketing funnels to improve CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Scale partnerships with training providers, staffing agencies, and enterprise clients.
  • Lead strategy and execution for RFPs, RFIs, and government or enterprise contracts to improve win rates.
  • Define pricing, bundling, and subscription models to increase average order value and retention.
  • Establish revenue dashboards and KPIs to drive continuous data-driven optimization.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in revenue leadership as a CRO.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from $10M to $20M+.
  • Deep experience in the US e-learning or EdTech market.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales and the RFP/bid process.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels.
