What you will do

  • Drive US market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Build and execute hiring plans to source, engage, and close high-caliber talent.
  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
  • Establish the company's US presence, including office setup, vendors, and operating structure.
  • Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationships.
  • Act as a central operator across teams to resolve bottlenecks and track priorities.

Requirements

  • Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, or high-performance operating roles in startups.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
  • Must be based in the United States for hybrid office collaboration.
  • High agency and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong judgment and concise communication skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Consistent reliability in following through and delivering results.
