What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize core data science offerings and GenAI solutions.
• Develop AI/GenAI approaches, including requirement gathering, hypothesis creation, and solution architectural design.
• Process structured and unstructured data for LLM context using embeddings and generative SQL queries.
• Build and manage GenAI applications, focusing on back-end and front-end integrations.
• Take ownership of project planning and technical execution while collaborating with team leadership on quality and timelines.
• Analyze system linkages and interactions to identify optimization opportunities within the broader system.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Operational research or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience with feature identification in predictive models, data acquisition, and hypothesis testing.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM frameworks like Langchain or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Vectorization, RAG workflow development, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL relational storage.
