TL;DR

Data Scientist (AI/ML): Developing advanced algorithmic intelligence and predictive capabilities for the Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) enterprise with an accent on all-source analytic tradecraft and multi-INT datasets. What you will do

• Design and evaluate AI/ML techniques to support Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) and all-source analytics.
• Implement LLMs and NLP for automated entity recognition, extraction, and summarization according to tradecraft standards.
• Optimize semantic data retrieval and reasoning using knowledge graphs and query languages like SPARQL and GraphQL.
• Perform TEVV protocols to ensure AI system performance, robustness, fairness, and tradecraft compliance.
• Develop scalable workflows for large, spatial, and multi-INT datasets using Python, R, and SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data-driven decision-making processes into OBI standards.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in data science or ML supporting intelligence or defense missions.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling, data mining, and ML algorithms.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs and semantic data modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DIA, IC, or DoD analytic modernization or OBI initiatives.
• Knowledge of TEVV methodologies, bias detection, and fairness analysis for AI systems.
• Experience with distributed data processing, cloud-based analytics, or large-scale ML architectures.
• Knowledge of DoD 8570/8140 compliance and responsible AI policy frameworks.
