What you will do

• Lead the creation and optimization of advanced machine learning algorithms to enhance advertising ROI.
• Own the end-to-end development of production-grade ML models, from research to deployment.
• Write efficient, scalable code and collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate algorithms into live systems.
• Drive prototyping and rigorous testing of innovative algorithms and data pipelines using historical data.
• Lead iterative improvements based on data-driven insights to solve challenges in traffic and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of statistics, optimization, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in coding, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous tasks into actionable steps.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
