What you will do

• Partner with insurance clients to identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow automation and enhancement.
• Define and document precise technical product requirements for intelligent features like fraud detection and document analysis.
• Own the product roadmap for features integrating traditional claims management with cutting-edge AI functionality.
• Guide clients through the transition from legacy processes to modern, AI-enhanced workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure features are intuitive, reliable, and deliver measurable value.
• Capture insights from client interactions to inform long-term AI product strategy and platform evolution.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or client-facing technical roles within P&C insurance.
• Strong analytical mindset with systematic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex insurance needs into technical specifications.
• Enthusiasm for learning about AI and its practical applications in the insurance sector.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in an evolving product landscape.
