What you will do

• Engage deeply with OEM engineering teams and simulation specialists to understand workflows, frustrations, and unmet needs.
• Translate customer insights, market signals, and technical feasibility into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmap decisions.
• Own the product discovery process by designing and running user research and developing testable hypotheses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Application Engineering, and Marketing to ensure commercial viability.
• Represent the voice of industrial engineers internally to ensure the product remains technically credible and practically useful.
• Track trends in engineering software, advanced simulation, and AI tooling to identify emerging use cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of real engineering experience inside a large industrial organization, working on multi-year programs.
• Exposure to modern tech environments, such as hardware startups or next-gen engineering software companies.
• Strong product instincts, curiosity, and the ability to lead without formal authority.
• Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline; MSc or PhD is a plus.
• Fluent English proficiency.
