What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on networked medical equipment.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement medical device security protocols.
• Install, calibrate, and configure medical devices according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage software repairs, updates, and patches to ensure system compatibility.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS.
• Provide technical support and training to medical staff on equipment operation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in applied science or equivalent military training.
• Minimum of three years of hospital or healthcare experience in medical equipment maintenance.
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience in medical information systems and networking.
• Demonstrated competency in TCP/IP, HL7, VLAN configuration, and DICOM standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record (EHR) systems.
