What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design activities, including research, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Conduct customer research and interviews to identify workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate in a no-handoff, high-ownership environment with product and engineering teams.
• Define and iterate product experiences using AI-powered tools like Lovable, Claude, and Make.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and continuous product discovery cycles.
• Contribute to product strategy through data analysis and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Strong ability to conduct and synthesize user research and customer interviews.
• Fluency with AI-powered design and prototyping tools.
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments.
• Ability to run and support agile sprints and discovery cycles.
• English proficiency required (lessons provided).

Nice to have

• Experience in GovTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software for complex users.
• Familiarity with public sector systems or government operations.
• Experience working in AI-native product development environments.
