• Design user flows, interactions, and interfaces specifically for AI-powered tools.
• Transform ambiguous problems into concrete, high-quality product experiences.
• Prototype and ship features hands-on, from the initial sketch to production.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate the prototyping and shipping cycle.
• Contribute to and help scale the internal design system.
• Maintain a high bar for clarity, consistency, and quality across the entire product.

Requirements

• Strong experience in end-to-end digital product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, high-quality UI, and successfully shipped products.
• Sharp visual skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of how AI shifts user behavior and interface patterns.
• Proficiency in using AI to supercharge design workflows.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
