What you will do
- Define and execute sales strategies to generate long-term customer success and business results.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on new business acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts.
- Conduct territory research to formalize go-to-market strategies and create qualified target account lists.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and senior executives to engage partners and close deals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and hosting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Requirements
- Proven track record of new business sales and consistent over-achievement of targets.
- Ability to build credibility and reciprocal relationships with stakeholders up to the CxO level.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry and technology ecosystem.
- Strong competency in creating value propositions and professional business proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to varied situations.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
