Compensation: 8,684 PLN – 10,855 PLN gross per month (OTE)

What you will do

• Acquire new restaurant and retail partners through inbound lead management.
• Qualify leads and convert them into successful, closed deals.
• Conduct high-volume phone calls and manage ongoing prospect communication.
• Negotiate pricing and sales agreements with potential partners.
• Track all sales activities and pipeline progress in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven success in a direct sales role.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong motivation, drive, and resilience.
