What you will do
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in the Warsaw area.
- Proactively prospect and manage a pipeline of strategic accounts in Poland to acquire new customers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, structure, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategies and participate in M&A community events.
- Provide relevant customer feedback to product development and management teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a full 360 closing role within the B2B or professional services sector.
- Track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals in high-velocity sales environments.
- Experience effectively engaging with C-level decision-makers.
- Exceptional business communication skills for persuasive pitching and client discovery.
- Native-level proficiency in Polish.
- Advanced English (C1+ level) required.
