What you will do

• Build and execute the APJ Sales Enablement plan aligned with global priorities.
• Partner with regional Sales, Presales, and SDR leadership to identify and address enablement needs.
• Design and deliver programs focused on skills, product knowledge, and sales methodologies.
• Coach front-line managers on adhering to and implementing hirify.global's sales process.
• Create local sales activations, such as sales plays and prospecting blitzes.
• Drive adoption of the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.) and measure impact via KPIs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as an Enablement Manager or Senior Manager working with Sales teams.
• Proven track record in SaaS with knowledge of industry-standard metrics and operating rhythms.
• Expertise in various sales methodologies and experience coaching front-line managers.
• Ability to design and implement enablement programs across multiple formats (in-person, hybrid, VILT).
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (HighSpot, Sana) and sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft).
• Based in Tokyo, Japan for a hybrid work arrangement.
