What you will do

• Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies to support business operations.
• Design and monitor HR objectives, metrics, and standard reporting systems.
• Administer employee benefits, engagement initiatives, and performance programs.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from paperwork to orientation and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide HR advisory services regarding health, conduct, grievances, and organizational change.
• Act as the primary backup for payroll processing and maintain employee records and handbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a BPO or Shared Services environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
