What you will do

• Map, implement, and document manufacturing processes including dispensing, granulation, encapsulation, compression, and coating.
• Conduct time studies and analyze workflow efficiency to support continuous improvement.
• Analyze operational data such as downtime, yield, and deviations to present findings.
• Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clarity and usability improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams.
• Shadow operators and supervisors to understand day-to-day pharmaceutical operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills.
• Interest in the manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Must be able to work on-site in Middletown, DE.
