Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 AUD

What you will do

• Support operational delivery of services including Rater Training, Monitoring, and Data Management.
• Process clinician/rater forms and maintain status trackers via ePortal and LMS training systems.
• Schedule training video conferences and manage hardware shipment logistics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinician/rater support and general communication.
• Coordinate with CRAs for site monitoring activities and provide electronic records filing.
• Provide professional translations between English and Japanese as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience.
• Located in Western Australia or able to work Western Australia hours.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in project management or administrative support (preferable).
