What you will do

• Execute DEL and SELEX screening experiments including sample processing and downstream analysis.
• Contribute to experimental planning, troubleshooting, and documentation for assigned projects.
• Analyze screening data and assist in the preparation of technical reports and project summaries.
• Participate in internal technical discussions and support client communications.
• Contribute to R&D activities aimed at improving screening workflows and platform performance.
• Maintain accurate experimental records in compliance with company and safety standards.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in DEL, SELEX, or affinity-based selection technologies.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, flow cytometry, or protein expression.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in Natick, MA and perform laboratory duties including handling biohazards.
• Must not have animal allergies to applicable species in the facility.
