What you will do

• Design and perform bench-level experiments involving cell culture, molecular biology, and biochemistry.
• Utilize CRISPR-based screening tools, single-cell molecular profiling, and high-content imaging technologies.
• Document, compile, and assist with analyzing and interpreting experimental data.
• Prepare reports and present research progress at lab and project meetings.
• Contribute toward the publication of scholarly reports.
• Assist with general lab management duties.

Requirements

• BS degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or MS degree with 3+ years.
• Proficiency in molecular biology, genomics, and cellular biology (cell-based assays, primary and cell line culture).
• Strong analytical skills, high degree of initiative, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Two-year minimum commitment required.
• Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge and experience with experimental genomics and genome engineering methods.
• Experience in epigenomic profiling and basic data analysis.
