What you will do

• Act as the primary internal advocate for clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain client-facing delivery schedules and track monthly deliverables.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for production by reviewing editorial, design, and video work for brief alignment.
• Provide actionable feedback and guidance to creative production teams.
• Lead client check-ins and resolve content or strategy issues effectively.
• Manage multiple delivery schedules and competing internal and commercial priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience in project management or creative production.
• Strong creative background, ideally with a focus on editorial content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with industry tools and ability to work during standard business hours.
