• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Senior Manager of Global CGI Operations.
• Facilitate client onboarding and support new business initiatives.
• Maintain and update internal process documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, client success, and CGI production management.
• Apply project management skills to improve internal processes and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Ability to apply project management skills and methodologies to operational workflows.
