What you will do

• Own growth projects end-to-end from scoping and development to production and iteration.
• Build in-product growth features including onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion surfaces.
• Optimize the developer playground to streamline the transition from trial to active usage.
• Develop conversion landing pages and internal tooling for the Product Growth team.
• Run A/B tests and instrument features to measure impact on conversion rates and activation curves.
• Improve developer experience through SDK ergonomics, sample code, and first-run experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a strong full-stack engineer.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node, Python, and SQL.
• Must be based in the Americas (UTC-3 to UTC-10).
• Proven track record of shipping in-product growth features for DevTools or SaaS companies.
• Experience building with LLMs in production, including prompt engineering and inference pipelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and ship rapidly in a fast-paced, high-output startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tailwind, Vercel, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience scaling products in companies with $5M-50M ARR.
• Previous work on developer-facing products like SDKs and API playgrounds.
