Salary: $120,000 – $200,000/year OTE

What you will do
- Own growth projects end-to-end from scoping and development to production and iteration.
- Build in-product growth features including onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion surfaces.
- Optimize the developer playground to streamline the transition from trial to active usage.
- Develop conversion landing pages and internal tooling for the Product Growth team.
- Run A/B tests and instrument features to measure impact on conversion rates and activation curves.
- Improve developer experience through SDK ergonomics, sample code, and first-run experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a strong full-stack engineer.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node, Python, and SQL.
- Must be based in the Americas (UTC-3 to UTC-10).
- Proven track record of shipping in-product growth features for DevTools or SaaS companies.
- Experience building with LLMs in production, including prompt engineering and inference pipelines.
- Ability to work autonomously and ship rapidly in a fast-paced, high-output startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tailwind, Vercel, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience scaling products in companies with $5M-50M ARR.
- Previous work on developer-facing products like SDKs and API playgrounds.
