What you will do

• Design, build, and scale fullstack software systems to support a growing customer base.
• Integrate AI and LLMs to accelerate impact and power innovative product features.
• Own projects end-to-end from scoping and design to implementation and rollout.
• Enhance internal engineering processes, including testing, deployment, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Client Solutions teams to deliver user value.
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain production system stability.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Golang.
• Experience developing software for cloud environments.
• Product-engineering mindset to balance technical quality with velocity.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with NodeJS, React, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL, or Terraform.
• Background in health-tech or healthcare software.
• Experience at early-stage software companies.
• Experience building and operating LLM-powered products and systems.
