Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $140K OTE plus equity

What you will do

  • Own and drive retention and growth for a strategic $3M–$7M+ ARR book of enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite leaders (CTO, CMO, CFO, COO).
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews providing data-backed recommendations to maximize program results.
  • Project manage complex initiatives and campaigns from inception through to optimization.
  • Educate customers on best practices to steer relationship commerce KPIs and exceed business objectives.
  • Collaborate on innovative cross-functional projects to support customer and team goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer, account, or vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS, retail-tech, or mar-tech.
  • Proven track record of managing portfolios in the $3M–$7M+ ARR range.
  • Experience working with large, recognizable enterprise brands.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, BigCommerce, or Magento.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • BS / BA degree.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with or for digital agencies.
  • Effectiveness in leveraging AI tools to drive business outcomes and efficiency.
