Salary: $90,000–130,000

What you will do

• Analyze AI policy developments at federal, state, and international levels to develop strategic recommendations.
• Design survey research and message testing to evaluate public opinion on AI-related issues.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling language for political audiences.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI policy expertise into research products.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at conferences and stakeholder briefings.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in tech policy, political campaigns, or government.
• Deep knowledge of AI regulation, safety, ethics, and governance.
• Strong understanding of the Democratic political ecosystem and current dynamics.
• Experience with survey research, message testing, or polling methodology.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of AI and machine learning systems.
• Experience working on Capitol Hill or directly with Democratic elected officials.
• Background working at a polling, analytics, or data firm.
