What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic AI initiatives, expert engagement programs, and eminence-building efforts.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with senior leaders in government, philanthropy, academia, and the private sector.
• Lead early-stage opportunity shaping and proposal development for AI-related funding from federal, philanthropic, and commercial sources.
• Author high-quality external thought leadership, including white papers, research briefs, and conference presentations.
• Design and operate sector-specific AI evidence generation networks and facilitate senior-level workshops.
• Mentor junior team members in proposal development and strategic communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (12+ years exp), Master's (9+ years exp), or Ph.D. (5+ years exp) in social sciences, public policy, education, or technology.
• Deep substantive knowledge of AI implications in education, workforce, health, or technology policy.
• Proven experience developing cross-sector partnerships from exploratory conversations to formalized collaborations.
• Experience leading projects, managing scope, timelines, and junior staff.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proficiency using AI tools to synthesize information and analyze data.
