Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, collaborators, and sector experts aligned with AI priorities.
• Draft and edit external-facing materials including blog posts, concept notes, and briefings.
• Monitor AI policy and technology trends to translate findings into actionable internal summaries.
• Conduct landscape scans of the AI ecosystem to identify potential growth areas and partners.
• Coordinate logistics and preparation for team meetings, workshops, and external convenings.
• Support business development by preparing proposal materials, market insights, and background research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in social sciences, public policy, education, or technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to synthesize information, draft content, and analyze data.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible insights.
• Demonstrated interest in the implications of AI for social systems, human development, or public policy.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
