What you will do

• Design and implement structural components and systems that meet strict performance and safety requirements.
• Research new materials and analyze competitive products to drive design improvements.
• Coordinate and execute the building, testing, and analysis of prototypes.
• Develop functional requirements and translate them into detailed design documentation.
• Collaborate with supply specialists and buyers to support supplier development and performance.
• Participate in proposal preparation, cost estimation, and the creation of technical reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science from an accredited curriculum.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Engineering (CAE) tools for simulation and testing.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Experience in product design and development from concept through to production.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.
• Work authorization and ability to be onsite in Qingzhou, Shandong, China.
