What you will do

• Elicit and negotiate quality-related requirements during project quotes and acquisitions.
• Define quality targets and QA plans, including QA-Plan and Customer APQP.
• Perform release audits, report project QA status, and provide release recommendations.
• Initiate corrective actions for product and process non-conformities.
• Support and coach project teams on quality and process-related items.
• Act as the interface between global Customer Quality ESS and the plant.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the automotive business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or product development.
• Experience in auditing standards such as ASPICE, IATF 16949, and FSM.
• Ability to coach and train teams on processes and procedures.
• English: B2 level required for communication within an international team.
