What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
  • Develop customized solutions to address client business challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead negotiations for long-term contracts and pricing agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Provide mentorship to junior sales team members and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account health in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within life sciences or pharma.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and service agreements.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations such as FDA, EMA, and GxP.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
