What you will do

• Collaborate with leaders to assess development needs and translate them into structured growth opportunities.
• Design and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap for learning experiences and training programs.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, scheduling, and resource preparation.
• Develop and maintain training resources and the Staff Portal to equip the YouVersion team.
• Partner with Internal Support to expand the “YouniVersity” experience beyond onboarding.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK
• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
