What you will do

  • Own and close new enterprise-level opportunities within a defined territory.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition through proactive outbound efforts, including cold outreach and networking.
  • Lead complex sales cycles lasting 6–12 months, partnering cross-functionally to win deals.
  • Engage C-level decision-makers to build business cases and align solutions with strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to a successful close.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B solution-based sales experience.
  • Proven success closing complex, long-cycle deals.
  • Experience selling financial, payments, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong ability to influence and sell to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish.
