What you will do

• Ramp on existing products by conducting customer research, writing product specs, prototyping (Figma/Codex), and running experiments.
• Analyze experiment and funnel outcomes to identify root causes and drive iterative product decisions.
• Incubate and build a new revenue-generating product in a target vertical (e.g., commercial auto insurance, property tax, RV insurance) from concept to launch.
• Lead go-to-market, test and iterate, and eventually build a team to scale the new business line.
• Coordinate across engineers and designers while managing multiple complex workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, high-growth startup, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of independently owning ambiguous problems and delivering outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable running data analysis in SQL, Excel, or Python.
• Ability to juggle multiple complex workstreams without missing deliverables.
• Comfort interfacing with executive stakeholders daily.
